Registration for the 2017 season will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 9:30am to 2:00pm at the Milton Mall (55 Ontario Street South, Milton, ON L9T 2M3). Players are encouraged to come to the mall to complete all registration requirements.
If you are unable to attend – you are permitted to have their completed Registration & Waiver Form and Payment, submitted by another person on the day of registration at the Milton Mall.
