Definition:
A completed registration includes the following:
- Full Name
- Address (Street #, Street, City, Province, Postal Code)
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Shirt Size
- Email Address
- Signed Waiver
When / How:
Registration will take place at the Milton Mall registration day in February, which will be posted on the main Home-News page.
A returning player will receive a letter January to early February with information about the registration process. The letter will have all information required for registration including a waiver. This will allow a player to mail the registration information before the deadline to the registration manager if they are unable to attend the mall registration day.
Team reps are responsible for providing a preliminary roster to the registration manager with reasons for players not returning to their team. A roster must consist of a minimum of 12 players, 5 girls minimum, include how many males and/or females they would like to have added to their roster from the wait list.
How much (2012 Rates):
- $105/player
- $25 Late Fee for returning player after February registration.
- Banquet Tickets: Cost to be determined.
How can we pay:
- Cash or cheque is acceptable. Please make cheques payable to "Milton Coed Slo-pitch".
- NO post dated cheques
- NO refunds after season start.
Other information:
You must be 18 years or older to be able to register.
A returning player not meeting the February registration deadline will have the following happen to them:
- They will be removed from the active roster and placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
- A random draw will be used to populate teams with late returning players once the waiting list people have been used.
- All remaining returning players not placed on a team will be placed on the next season waiting list.
There are only 2 roster changes allowed per team until the SPO deadline as posted on the SPO website. This is approximately mid June.
New Players:
If you are interested in joining our league, please fill out the above form.
People on the waiting list will receive a notification about the registration dates and times. It will be a first come first serve basis on the mall registration day for all waiting list players.
Waiting list people will either be guranteed a place on a team or placed on the next season waiting list.
If you wish to have a team on a waiting list please use the waiting list form and indicate that you would like to enter a team into the league.
What forms do you need to fill out:
Your complete registration information needs to be submitted in one of 3 ways:
- Come to the Mall registration to complete registration.
- Mail in your registration with payment to the parties indicated on the letter sent out early in the year.
- Provide the information and payment for your team rep to submit at the mall registration day. Keep in mind that this option means if your team rep does not provide a full registration for you within the dealine you will not be registered in the league.
